Andaz Seoul Gangnam, By Hyatt Hotel

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was great, with spotlessly clean rooms and well-maintained facilities. The hotel had everything I could possibly need, including a swimming pool, a gym open 24 hours, and a variety of snacks and drinks available in the room. The location was convenient, with the hotel being right next to the subway station and within easy reach of the Gangnam shopping street.

Can't fault the hotel in any way.

This venue offers luxurious amenities that exceeded my expectations. the staff were always attentive and courteous, providing prompt service and anticipating our needs. the room was spacious and designed with exclusive features, such as a separate powder room with washlet and sink. the Spa & wellness centre was a great escape from the bustling city, and the heated swimming pool was an added bonus.

The only minor issue was the limited wardrobe space, which could have been improved especially during winter. Despite this, the staff made up for it with outstanding service and attention to detail.

This hotel offers a luxurious stay in a convenient location. the facilities are impressive, including an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and spa lounge. the exclusive amenities fulfill every need, like the special diet menus available at the restaurant. the room advantages are exceptional, with cozy furnishings and a well-equipped minibar. the service is professional and attentive, ensuring a comfortable stay.

The only minor issue was a lack of greeting at the entrance, as there was no one to assist with baggage. this was quickly addressed by the friendly and helpful bellboy who brought our luggage to the room without delay.

The location of the hotel is ideal, with easy access to the Gangnam shopping street and a subway station right next door. The rooms are spacious and clean, with amenities like air purifiers available in some. The staff are attentive and go above and beyond to cater to guests' needs, making the stay enjoyable.

The service from the doormen/valet men at the hotel's driveway could be improved, as they were not very accommodating and did not assist with guests' luggage.

The hotel's location next to the subway station was very convenient. My kids loved the swimming pool and jacuzzi, and the fact that the gym was open 24 hours was a bonus. The hotel staff were excellent, from the receptionist to the in-room services. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of high-quality food. my family and I thoroughly enjoyed our 3-night stay at Andaz and will definitely return when we visit Seoul and Gangnam.

The shower temperature in my room was initially set too hot, making it uncomfortable. I had to adjust the temperature knob all the way to the right to achieve a lukewarm setting.
